My entire experience with two men and a truck has been phenomenal first with Letitia with the coordination and helping me in the front office and with Bruce and Eric we’re just perfect they are very efficient and fast and made a move pleasurable.

We have used this company many times before. Vicki who set us up was amazing, customer service was outstanding. In previous moves, our movers were much much quicker. This time they seemed to take their time and kept asking what time it was, almost like they were milking the clock. I personally helped move a lot of my own belongings to speed things up. I used your services two years ago and the movers were stellar and exceeded my expectations! My recent move was not so great! The movers were seemingly upset that my second floor move-in had no elevator (which was noted to the woman I talked to who secured my move). I could share other things about the two movers but, there isn’t enough word counts given. Things sure have changed with your company

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the late arrival of my moving team. I called the office an hour after the team was supposed to arrive, only to be told it would be another 30 mins to 2 hours. The team ended up arriving 3 hours past my scheduled time. I was also told I would receive a call from dispatch once my truck was on the way, that never happened. Movers- great

The men did a very good job. This was our third time using them and I recommend the company to people I know.
