Our "3-man and a truck" team was friendly, but all business, which is what we needed. They briefly surveyed the situation, then got to work, efficiently removing the boxes and furniture. Since the move was to a storage locker, they stacked everything quickly, leaving an aisle for access.

I am very disappoint, I had clearly asked several time for the same movers and was told that I would and I didn’t . Please look at my bill because I was also over charged.

After 5 min I immediately wished I had moved all my items myself. I was told not to wrap or prep my items for move since the movers will wrap my furniture before moving, but sadly this did not happen. The wrapped my curio cabinet but nothing else, When I looked in the truck they had my white couch leaning on its side in the truck unwrapped, common sense says white gets dirty fairly easy when laying on a moving trucks floor. Then instead of using 2 people to move my living room tables they attempted to move them all solo which by lifting them by the top alone caused all 3 tables to split in numerous spots. As if that wasn't bad enough they some how broke my lamp on the truck, ill give it to the gentleman he did come over and tell me his mistake. I cant recommend, was a complete nightmare.

It was a smooth transition. The team was very friendly and Ren (I think's it's Aren) had amazing disposition and personality. He is a hard worker and definately deserves a promotion. Cassandra

My roommate and I were very pleased with the guys and how efficient, helpful and patient they were throughout the process. We lived on the 4th floor, and they handled everything very well and worked in a timely manner. They were so friendly and eased a lot of our stresses throughout the process. It was so worth it to have them help. I can't thank them enough for their help and making our day a whole lot easier!
