Acceptable ratings were for one employee that was not very helpful after I reached out several times, but once I got a hold of Kelly and Jessica they both did a great job.

Jessica clearly laid out and explained the quote and timing for us. Our movers did a great job handling a long distance move, and getting our things next day 400 miles away was a huge perk to using Two Men and completely worth it. Our items were all handled loaded and secured with care, and nothing arrived broken/damaged. They unloaded all our belongings despite a very long drive and worked late into the night to get the job done, which we were very impressed by. Overall we could not be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend them for anyone making a move across state lines. Thanks Again!

Noticed one of our stand-up lamps to be broken. Not really satisfied with the results of their care.

The guys worked hard to move all out heavy stuff and did not complain even though it took longer than expected. They were very careful when handling those large items.

The guys that came to do our job were great. The even took a little less time overall than expected and there were very minimal marks on the walls or any of our furniture. We were very happy with the process and think they did a great job! I would recommend them and would hire them again if needed - though I hope to never move again! :)

Team is always on time clean respectful and friendly.

The movers arrived right on time. Both movers were friendly and courteous. The requested move was done within the time it was estimated to take and the movers were very efficient. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise.

Although this may sound like a negative it's not my intent. The guys did a great job. Only one little hiccup. They did damage a door and admitted to it. Since I no longer own the house your claims department is working to fix the issue with the new owner and it appears that is going smoothly. Things happen. But the fact you are going to fix/replace after investigating tells me you are an upstanding company and that's something I look for when I hire out people to do work for me. You didn't make excuses. Thank you for a GREAT moving experience.

They were quick with moving my stuff but they took a huge chunk out of my new dresser and forgot 3 boxes at my old place. So I guess overall I wasn't very pleased with the move. They should be more careful with people's furniture.

The moving crew was very polite and courteous. They took care of our belongings and our home. We would use Two Men and a Truck again.

We had Dustin & Darrick as our moving team. They arrived on time, & were personable, yet professional. They efficiently wrapped the furniture in blankets, and carefully and quickly loaded items onto the truck. They kindly and patiently dropped off some items at my house and then continued to the second stop. They again quickly & carefully unloaded the truck (which was immaculate), placed items where instructed and moved a non-working refrigerator (as contracted) into the garage. They were very strong too! Had to carefully lift the refrigerator over the door closer on the bottom of the front door which they expertly accomplished quickly and safely. They even shook my hand at the end. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience And would recommend this particular moving team highly.
