The moving process was easier than I thought it would be. The movers were very accommodating and good problem solvers for challenging space issues.

Rosh and Mario were a great team. They were friendly, cooperative, and put items in place. I'm 70 years young and couldn't have done this myself so every effort they made is very much appreciated. Plan to use your company and request Rosh and Mario again in the spring when we move our disabled son. My thanks for making this a pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with the movers but the office I felt like could of done a better job explaining the services offered and could of explained the estimate better.

Jackie answered all questions and kept me informed. She was always pleasant. My movers, Mike B. and Malcolm we're constantly going. They worked their takes off and had to negotiate steep narrow hallways. I can't say enough about my great experience from the office to the movers, pros all the way.

Michael and Malcom are professional and showed care for our items and move. Weather was not cooperating but they laid carpets so floors would not get dirty. They were quick and did not waste any time but friendly. They explained the process very well so no surprise.

Customer Service did not apply repeat customer discount that was offered when I booked moving appointment. - Did not follow up when I questioned why discount had not been applied.

I had a great experience with the 2 guys that moved my stuff, they were very entertaining and sweet. At a hard time in my life these two made moving a great experience.
