My experience with Two Men and a Truck was fantastic! The guys were extremely helpful and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I got my belongings moved safely and efficiently from point A to point B.

We hired two men and a truck to move from Madison to the Monticello area. The process was clearly explained ahead of time and we were aware of what to expect. The quote we received on how long it would take to move was within 15 minutes of the actual time it took. The two men, Mike and Brandon, did a great job on getting all of our belongings carefully moved into the new house! I would recommend and personally use two men and a truck again in the future.

I was a little worried at first because I was making an appointment without a ton of advance notice (~2 weeks) but fortunately that was not a problem! The rep who called me was very supportive, and did a great job following up and organizing logistics. The movers themselves worked very quickly and did an excellent job, and the final bill ultimately came in well under my original estimate. I’d absolutely consider doing business with Two Men and a Truck again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I was impressed as usual with the team, and pleasantly surprised at the addition of a female to your employees. You might have to change the name to 2 People and a Truck, LOL

The only issue we had is that they missed two lamps. Called in, lamps were found, and brought out by someone on the management team the next day. No blood, no foul. :-)

Overall, I was satisfied with our experience. The moving team (Rey & Jose) were awesome to work with and helped make a stressful day much easier! The office team was nice and professional (mostly talked w Crystal), but I found it difficult to connect; the phone tag became frustrating. I do not have easy access to answer my phone during the weekday, and when I called back, I was often directed to voicemail. Some of my questions could have been more quickly/easily answered by email saving lots of hassle and scrambling. E.g., I wanted to know the size of the truck so I could reserve street parking if it didn't fit in our driveway. By the time I connected with someone in the office, it was less than 24 hours before the move, and it was too late to do so (city parking needs 48hrs notice).

The 3 man crew was very polite, efficient and fast. A total pleasure to work with!

Not sure if this is a 2nd survey since the 1st appeared to abend when sent. Workers were very good, fast, flexible and took the stress out of moving.

I found the two men very efficient. They arrived on time and moved quickly and carefully. Very happy /service and will recommend to others.

Office staff was cheerful, professional, and quick to respond. Movers were very efficient and took care with the items they moved. They were also able to anticipate my needs somewhat-- upon moving items into a storage unit, they arranged my furniture in such a way that I would be able to easily and logically fit the last few items I'd be moving myself. There was clear evidence of their forethought and care even though I didn't specifically ask them to keep such things in mind.

I was very pleased and impressed, and already plan to hire Two Men and a Truck again when it's time to empty the storage unit!
