The entire experience, from the initial contact through completion of the move, was first rate. The two movers arrived promptly at the beginning of the two-hour window we were given, calling ahead to let us know they were on the way. They were efficient, careful with the property, friendly and professional. They were imaginative and successful in dealing with a narrow stairway, difficult corners, and a large chair which could be moved into the second floor apartment only by taking it partially apart and reassembling it. We will recommend Two Men and a Truck to others.

The men moving my furniture were very respectful and professional. My only complaint with them is that they were slow. They over-used the shrink wrap. I am aware how important shrink wrap is as I have used a lot of it in my lifetime of working. It seemed to me that that they took a considerable amount of time wrapping things that were already protected by the moving blankets, when a time or two around would have been sufficient to secure the blankets. When I got a phone call from Tristan, I believe his name was, I expressed my concern and that i thought I should receive a refund, he said he would have someone contact me. Fourteen days later, I'm still waiting.

From start to finish the service we received went above and beyond. Office staff along with the two men provided excellent service. Will definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

The three men who moved our house did a great job. They were so fast and very careful with all of our things. They were nice and polite as well. The calls we received before and after the move were very nice as well. We felt prepared because of all of the check ins by the company. We would definitely use and recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Outstanding service by the two individuals from Two Men and a Truck. We had a tricky task getting a washing machine into the basement of a 100-year old house. The original delivery guys from the retailer could not do it and left the unit outside in my driveway (!). The guys from Two Men showed up, came up with a plan, and got it done in no time at all. Polite, professional, efficient, and super friendly. Top marks all around!

I did wind up hauling items in my car. Because of the price per hour. I probably will not use this service again.

Promises made, promises broken. No communication between office & moving team. No communication between members of the moving team. Although they were up there with the best teams I have dealt with. As an Army brat who married an Army man, there have been many moves in my life. I am happy with the moving team. It is the office that I am unhappy with & I am afraid that the number of characters I have will not be enough to explain it all. Even though I verbally confirmed with Kelli on the phone about the move, my moving team was missing on the day I expected them. Even though I specified I had 2 flat screen TVs, no packing material was included. When Kelli found out that the team was doing a pack & load, she stated that I would not be charged for the packing, just the materials & flat.....

Your crew of two was on time, careful, considerate of our complicated move, and completed work in good time. Nothing got damaged or broken. I can only say the best of your company.

Garrett and Ethan were fantastic - they were efficient, good communicators and worked hard to meet my needs.
The office staff I worked with was friendly and prompt. I've used Two Men and a Truck before and I will use them again as well as recommend them to anyone discussing a move!

My closing kept getting pushed off and I had to reschedule several times. The office was very understanding and accommodating. The movers were friendly and courteous and handled all of my things carefully. Would recommend.
