Service was good, but not great. I was supposed to get a 30 minute warning before the move, but only received 20 minutes. There was an issue with the move (damage), but that was resolved acceptably - however, it took a lot of back and forth with the office staff to resolve the issue.

My tv was broken during the move. and based on the protection offered, because I didn't take the 75$ additional charge, I am just out of a TV and feel that is extremely unfair.

I am Very dissatisfied with the moving service. I paid For the time for a 65 inch perfect condition television to be moved from my old apartment to my new one. The mounters got there to mount my tv and my tv wouldn’t come on because there was a huge dent in the back & it had been damaged by the movers. I believe the movers know that it got hit because they didn’t unwrap the tv they left the blanket & plastic they wrapped it in. I could’ve moved this on my own but paid for the safety & convenience & now i have To go buy a brand new tv. Very upset with the service.

No complaints about the staff, great service. Although, there were some marks/divets dug into the linoleum that the movers said would by covered by your insurance & someone would be calling me to set up a floor repair, but I have not been contacted about this yet. Please let me know what the status is. Thanks so much for everything! I would hire your company again in a heartbeat. :)

My home was damaged. My couch was damaged. My front door still does not close two weeks later as the movers had to take it off to move things in and did not put it back on correctly. The movers were hard working and courteous but the service was definitely not worth the price and damage and the initial process could have been explained more clearly. I won’t be using this service again.

Very good experience. Have never used movers before. They took good care with furniture and boxes and were very focused on their job and doing a good job. Do feel the hourly rate is a little expensive.

I appreciate that you took time off of my bill due to traffic (45 minutes to go 2 miles was excessive) there was some minor damage that my husband is able to fix

Brandon and Lexi did an outstanding job with our household furniture. Much of which is oversized and very heavy. They wrapped everything to prevent damage and did their best with great attitudes. A small amount of damages occurred during the move but were in an acceptable range considering the scope of work.

Showed up on time, worked efficiently, fair price and nice guys. I have 2 additional moves this summer and will use Two Men & A Truck for both.
