The loading team did a great job! They packed the truck very carefully! The team that reloaded the truck didn't take as much care. The marble top to my mother's sundial cracked in 2 places. Our concrete lions were placed next to the sundial against the outside corner of the truck, leaving them to bounce against each other and the door. The unloading team were also utterly fantastic. They kept my spirits up when I had no more energy! Your movers seem to be able to lift and move anything! Gods blessings on you all!

This is my third move with two men and a truck, moving a large piece of furniture. The two movers on the team could ha sleep everything except this very large piece that is not replaceable. The wrong team was sent for this piece and there’s a scratch in the floor.

Great! One of the movers was injured and the second had to do most of the loading on his own. 1.5 hours of work was taken off of my bill to make up for the deficit, which was really great.

During the move, pieces of two items were lost. The matching pieces that I gave the movers to replace those pieces were also lost. The bed was damaged and over three weeks later remains unrepaired. The TV stand was destroyed and over three weeks later remains uncompensated for or replaced. The TV was damaged. Phone calls are nearly always unanswered and messages always unreturned. I have tried to be patient and accommodating but have been treated with continuous disregard and contempt. This entire experience has been a disaster and I remain unable to fully move in because of the laziness and incompetence of Two Men and a Truck in completing the terms of the move by fixing their own mistakes.

We made arrangements with the office staff that were agreed to and then disregarded by he staff. The movers were respectful of me, but not to our stuff—literally throwing boxes marked fragile at furniture, resulting in loss of art objects that were beneath the deductible value.

The crew was prompt and friendly, however they worked extremely fast. Too fast. Although wrapped, they were bumping and scraping the walls, doors, and floors while carrying the furniture. Often times trying to carry oversized items by themselves instead of with 2 people. They took chunks of drywall out and scratched paint off of doors. Several of our items were also damaged and dented even though they were blanketed and wrapped. Several times throughout the day, the crew was found outside in the truck doing pushups wasting time. The crew made me feel uncomfortable as they began to pander for a tip near the end of the job telling me how much money they saved me by working so quickly. I am not likely to hire your company again for our move in December. Our movers were Randy & Shamus.

Overall, the whole day was pleasant, (even though it snowed on April 27)! We were glad that Two Men and a Truck did not charge us for the first hour that they were on the road because they got a little lost getting to Baraboo. We did have an incident where one of our desktop piece got broken, but we worked it out in the end and were satisfied with the amount refunded to us. We also appreciated the prompt attention we felt we were given from Day 1 to the very end of our experience with Two Men and a Truck.

The guys were on time, willing to help, They took good care of my stuff and asked questions. They didn't stand around it seemed like they were always working. When the rain started to come down hard they waited and didn't charge me for the time they had to wait. They finished up early which was great. Both of the guys were great no issues at all.
Only 2 small issues. 1 wrapped a tool box with a key in it and broke the key off. 2 made a few marks in a door with the hand truck, or knobs.
I didn't notice this until I went back today. I love the fact that they don't charge you a flat rate, if they finish early you don't pay for hours estimated. This was a great experience for us. If we move again, I will use them and recommend 2 Men and a Truck to our family and friends.

Did not listen when loading items. I needed several large pieces loaded last to drop off before I left town. Ended up having to undo quite a bit to get the main piece out of the truck. Then my whole load shifted when I did leave. I also had a few items set aside and requested they not load but they did anyway. I also had some jewelry on my dresser that I intended to wear but was not asked about it. I still am not sure if it was packed or taken by one of the men. I am not opening all my boxes for some time as I am currently staying with my mom. She doesn't have room for me to open everything. I'm quite upset about the way they went about it all. I also found some items not packed at all and I was not even questioned about them. After the men left, I found a pan in a kitchen cupboard.

The movers were fantastic and took more items than we expected them to, which helped our end of the move a lot! THe only issue we encountered is that our couch came in broken.
