From my contact with office personnel to pick up and delivery, everything went smoothly and professionally.

The service from the office was great - Sasha provided the information easily and quickly. The team who did the moving for me were quick, polite (really, nice and fun young guys), and did the move w/o any problems like hitting walls. WELL DONE. Would use TM&AT again and highly recommend.

My entire experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent. The moving team was very polite, careful and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a call from the office during the actual move to check in and make everything was going well. Moving can be very stressful but between the moving team and the office personnel, I felt at ease.

Office team was an absolute pleasure. There was a slight miss with the number of movers that arrived, however, this was immediately resolved and we were compensated for the missed time. Fantastic job with resolution. Moving team was great, really hard workers! I would absolutely recommend, we had a large move, they did a great job!

Our moving team did a great job getting us loaded and on the road even when it was raining. They were professional, hard working and worked fast! Our family appreciated the hard work they put in to get our house packed up and stored right.

The two young men, Malcom and Trenton, who did my last move were AMAZING!!! I am a fan of 2 men and a truck and I would also like to thank Beca, who has made my reservations since my first move with you all in 2019. I had to move twice in two months and she was a bright spot and also helped me out! Definitely recommended!! Thank you for outstanding customer service and a job well done!

For your internal ops: crews should wear a mask or at least ask if one is preferred when within 6 feet of customer!

Very professional.
The men were considerate and careful in packing, loading and unloading fragile items. They hustled with no breaks in this hot weather. Two Men and a Truck moved me 20 yrs ago. This company has continued with great service with no disappointments at all.

Overall: Very happy despite damage to 2 items. You’re good listeners and clear communicators.

Crystal was great, from estimate to confirmation call. Thorough explanations & clear expectations. Peter’s followup re happiness and damage has been excellent so far.
