Later in the day after the move I noticed damage to the edge of the basement wall cap. Disappointing. I would have preferred the guys to bring it to my attention.

Very smooth process from Madison to Minneapolis. Mike Helped us on both ends and was consistently professional and very conscientious. He was training in a young man (Cameron I think, who was also wonderful) during our unload in Minneapolis. Mike is a great teacher and extremely patient. We are glad he was assigned to our job!

We used Two men and a Truck to move my father-in-law from his condo to a senior living apartment. Our two men, Evan and Ray, were courteous and efficient. They moved everything quickly and carefully and were positive, friendly and respectful. They were helpful with our requests to move furniture and items within the properties and accepted any changes we had with ease. I would highly recommend these men again. They were sensitive to the anxiety and concern some of us had with the upheaval of possessions and told us to not stress and leave the work to them. They were very reassuring. Thank you for sending Evan and Ray. Their professional attitude along with their friendly nature made it a pleasant afternoon and we felt confident they’d do a good job. And they did! Thank you!

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was fantastic! The guys were extremely helpful and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I got my belongings moved safely and efficiently from point A to point B.

We hired two men and a truck to move from Madison to the Monticello area. The process was clearly explained ahead of time and we were aware of what to expect. The quote we received on how long it would take to move was within 15 minutes of the actual time it took. The two men, Mike and Brandon, did a great job on getting all of our belongings carefully moved into the new house! I would recommend and personally use two men and a truck again in the future.

I was a little worried at first because I was making an appointment without a ton of advance notice (~2 weeks) but fortunately that was not a problem! The rep who called me was very supportive, and did a great job following up and organizing logistics. The movers themselves worked very quickly and did an excellent job, and the final bill ultimately came in well under my original estimate. I’d absolutely consider doing business with Two Men and a Truck again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I was impressed as usual with the team, and pleasantly surprised at the addition of a female to your employees. You might have to change the name to 2 People and a Truck, LOL

The only issue we had is that they missed two lamps. Called in, lamps were found, and brought out by someone on the management team the next day. No blood, no foul. :-)

Overall, I was satisfied with our experience. The moving team (Rey & Jose) were awesome to work with and helped make a stressful day much easier! The office team was nice and professional (mostly talked w Crystal), but I found it difficult to connect; the phone tag became frustrating. I do not have easy access to answer my phone during the weekday, and when I called back, I was often directed to voicemail. Some of my questions could have been more quickly/easily answered by email saving lots of hassle and scrambling. E.g., I wanted to know the size of the truck so I could reserve street parking if it didn't fit in our driveway. By the time I connected with someone in the office, it was less than 24 hours before the move, and it was too late to do so (city parking needs 48hrs notice).

The 3 man crew was very polite, efficient and fast. A total pleasure to work with!
