It was the movers third move of the day and they were exhausted and hungry. I was told this many times by the one which was the stander. He wanted to chat about my cat and dogs and watch the mover worker. My understanding was that the term “Two Men” ment that they both would be working and moving. I realized pretty quickly that I better get hustling. I did move more than them as they left all the boxes that I had asked to be moved and a bed and parts of furniture. My couch was not wrapped, dressers were not wrapped. The stander needed gloves and no cell phone. I told him that I could not afford to pay him to chat about my cat. I’m a Grandmother, your ad says your treat every customer like it was your Grandmother. I think it’s atrocious the way you treat your grandmother. VERY DISSATISFIED!

The overall experience was fast and easy. It was a little more expensive than I was hoping for. But I'm happy with my decision to hire them. All of my stuff was moved in under 4 hours.

Crystal in office excellent set up and follow through. Daniel and Edgar friendly, timely, and attention to detail move. Overall an excellent experience!!!!

The two young men that moved me deserve a pay raise!

Everyone I worked with was amazing. The two men who moved me were awesome. They did a great job and a couldn’t have asked for a better move across the country from Madison, WI to Orlando, FL. Two Men and a Truck took all the worry out of my move and I had a wonderful experience with the entire process. Keep up the great service. It is much appreciated.

I’m disabled so required extra help. They were both great, would have that team again.

I was hesitant to call, however I had used two Men & a Truck successfully. I believe I did tell the office person the tread mill was going to be hard to move. The helpers were in communication regarding time coming. I was sorry I did not indicate this job may have been too much for two people. I was greatly troubled they were putting themselves at risk. I wished the person I discussed this move with had asked me how much it weighed. I may have been able to determine that earlier so more help could have been sent. They completed it using their skills, and I felt it a miracle they accomplished.
I checked manual ; does not share weight, however there are phone#'s I could have called. It says to not assemble or lift alone. Problem: moved up stairs from basement to top. Used tools provided.

The whole experience worked as well as expected. From setting up the move to the movers. They even showed up earlier than anticipated and took good care of our furniture and moved at a great pace to complete the move.

The move was smooth, took about as much time as we expected and came in under the estimated cost. We're recommending to some friends that have an upcoming move. Thanks!!
