I like how the process began with an easy-to-complete online form to explain the nature and scale of my move. This set the stage for a phone call with Crystal to provide more details and organize the move. True to her promise, the crew called me when they were 35 minutes from arrival. Very friendly, professional crew. They treated me and my move with respect and courtesy, plus a bit of humor. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and how orderly the process was. I absolutely hate moving. I consider it one of the highest forms of torture ever invented by the human race. However, this crew actually helped me enjoy the experience. I hope I never need to move again, but if I do, I'll call these guys again.

Right off the bat, TMAAT outdid every competitor by having a local office. This immediately was a huge thing to us; we didn't have to listen to a New Yorker tell us they needed a 2 day window, or that our truck would be shared with others. We got an estimator, Kelly, there the next day, less than 24 hours. She was beyond friendly, and gave us a fair price. Along with a guaranteed 1 day delivery on the exact day we absolutely needed, we were sold. The movers, Brett and Brandon arrived on time, ready to rock. Right away, we knew it would go good with Brett being from the town we were moving out of. He may have been stopped by a bike cop right down the street from us back in the day. We can't be sure. Anyway, they did an awesome job, made everything fit, and then unloaded swiftly. 10/10

I had to call numerous times to make changes and who ever I spoke with was always so friendly and always let me know I was not bothering them at all. The movers actually showed up sooner than planned which helped us with the whole long tiring day!

On Monday, April 2, the team that moved our appliances and furniture took exceptional care to protect our refinished wood floors and belongings. We were 100% happy with the job they performed and impressed with their professional demeanor. We will recommend and use Two Men and A Truck again based on the service we received. Thank you.
