Mike and Yomi took great care of my items throughout the whole process. There was some miscommunication the actual morning of the scheduled move, as I thought they would arrive at my apartment at 8am, but they did not get there until 9am. This did not affect anything else, as they packed everything up quicker than anticipated. The office staff was very helpful as well (Crystal and Sacha).
