Crew that came to move us was great. Very nice bunch of guys and had great attitudes even though it was cold and snowy. Estimate was correct so we knew what was expected.

The final price was $1,200 more than expected, even though the previous move of the same items into storage and now out of storage was much less (no other significant differences). I called the office for an explanation, but no follow up. The movers were asked to move boxes with clear descriptions into the respective areas, but just put them in the garage. Not a good customer experience overall.

Everything went smoothly, to working with the office staff (they accomodated a last-minute move date change for me) to the move itself. All my belongings were moved with care and placed exactly where I wanted them. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to work with, thank you!
