We had several plates broken and picture frames damaged. There was a lot of salt tracked into the house as well but otherwise things were good.
Response

The lead guy on the team was awesome - Matt I believe. I had an extra guy at no charge which made the move go very quickly I also appreciated that! The 3rd guy was good at picking stuff up and setting it down but did not read the box labels of where to put them that I noted to them all of them to look at. He did not or even ask me where for the heavier stuff. I had to ask him or others to again move some stuff where I needed. But overall they were courteous and efficient. Thumbs up!

Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Covered our new floors, cleaned up after themselves. Timely service. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent job done. Both men were very curtious and personable. They also made excellent suggestions as to furniture placement, etc. The move was finished in a short period of time even though we (the customers) made some last minute changes to the destination of a few pieces of furniture. Thank you!
Response
Hi Dale,
Our movers don't mind making changes and re-arranging the furniture. As long as you're happy, then we're happy.
If you need us for anything, please just give us another call.

The men sent made alot of trips up the stairs and never carried anything. They looked at us and said our time is up and left. We ended up getting someone else to come in and move the remain boxes. This was not a good experience for us. It was not worth 525.00 .... Never again
Response

I'm sorry that your move did not go as planned. Please call our office at 920-757-4040, and we can have a discussion about your move.

The two people that were on the moving crew were excellent to work with and did a great job. The office was also proactive in communicating to make sure everything was going well before, during and after the work.
