New Fond Du Lac franchise awarded to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® scholarship winner

Milwaukee TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise Operations Manager Cody Napoli wins Mary Ellen Sheets' Moving People Forward® Scholarship. Starts franchise in Fond Du Lac.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® founder Mary Ellen Sheets started the Moving People Forward® scholarship program to provide system managers with the chance to become franchisees in partnership with their existing franchisee. Applicants are chosen competitively throughout the system, and selected managers are given the background training to become a successful TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchisee, with each candidate eligible for up to 100 percent of their franchise fee to aid in opening the new location.

“I’ve always been drawn to entrepreneurial ventures, and it’s such an honor to be selected for this opportunity,” Cody Napoli, winner of the 2023 scholarship, said. “I have learned a lot in my time in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system. Having crews coming in every day knowing they have a manager who cares about them goes a long way. I think what I’m looking forward to most is building a positive culture and work environment in Fond du Lac.”

Fond du Lac was Napoli’s first choice for where to plant his franchise.

“The location decision was an important one,” he said. “I feel like Fond du Lac County is a special mix of people and businesses—a place where I can see myself living, working, and building a good life.”

Napoli’s current franchisees will continue to partner with him in this new venture. He also has the support of our larger Southeastern and Southcentral Wisconsin franchise groups as he builds his TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® dream in Fond du Lac.
