After having a brand new washer and dryer delivered by another company and having it dented, scratched and the young men swearing and yelling I was very pleasantly surprised with your team. Matt and Matt were very professional, kind and sweet. They took excellent care of our items.

Great customer service / phone call to alert specifically what time they would be here / were able to schedule the next morning from my call / when the object wouldn't fit down a stairway, they didn't give up they took it out of the box and were able to andquot;make it work.andquot; Very quick. We would have loved it if they had services to put our game table together because it was very heavy but understand that isn't what you do.

I would like to commend Jared, Brent and Tom on a job well done! The move consists of many tubs and other miscellaneous items up four flights of steps. Never once did they complain and were very positive during the entire 4 hour move. A job well done!!!!
