I would have given excellent all across however the guys did not check their shoes/boots for mud and dirt and I had to shampoo bedroom carpeting in the house I was moving out of as a result. Brent was extremely polite and very apologetic, the dirt was on Devin's shoes. They immediately began to lay covering on the floors after realizing there was mud on Devin's boots. Brent represents your company well and remained positive during the entire process and that is why they tipped them. Devin was not rude at all just didn't seem to care one way or the other, got the impression he just wanted to get the job done.

Everything went well and fast as I had directed. The only thing is I can not find the wheel to the bed frame - it was off of the frame and I asked the men to hang on to it. Please ask the men where they placed it in our home or did it get lost on the truck. If you find it please mail it to me. Thanks, I probably should have put it in my pocket to be safe. I am also wondering when my credit card will be credited for the overage. Thanks Bob W

Our experience was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

We’re missing the glass insert for our coffee table, the hoses for our washing machine, the freezer door & shelves were left behind, it took them almost 3 hours to remove the refrigerator doors, they lost screws to freezer door, and they left without putting the doors back on the house. The ONLY thing positive was the original driver was replaced by Brian who took charge and got the job done.

The gentlemen that came to my home were prompt and courteous, and very helpful. I cannot say enough about their outstanding professionalism and willingness to work with me and take direction.

Extremely pleased with our movers. They were fast, careful and professional. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used two minute truck and have been completely satisfied. Our movers this time where exceptional in both effort and personality.

I enjoyed the movers attitude and help. Unfortunately the job was way to large(and I tried to describe everything but logistics elevator etc, NOT YOUR movers. slowed move) and even though your office worked hard to help, we came up short. Your office people worked with me, but there was nothing they could do to complete job!

I was referred to you by a volunteer at the Paine Art Center and Gardens in Oshkosh, WI. If the Paine uses your services, I figured you had to be good.
Every aspect of your service really was EXCELLENT. I scheduled my date in advance, and ended up making one change in plans in advance, and one change just the day before the move. Each time I talked to the young lady in your office she was very pleasant and accommodating. The two men, Michael and Noah, were very professional. We made 3 stops to unload. They listened to me when I showed them how I had separated the 3 sections, and loaded the truck accordingly. They worked hard and continuously; and the whole process went both faster and smoother than I had expected. I would definitely recommend your company.
