The move went very smoothly and the two men were careful, personable, and efficient.

Jason & Dravon were very kind and extremely pleasant to work with. At the end of the move, I expressed my sincere thanks and gave a generous tip. However, as the evening went on, I wish I hadn't been so generous. I think by the end of the day, they simply ran out of steam and just started putting things anywhere. I couldn't find my medicine that night (and I'm diabetic so my insulin is critical) which was in a box labeled master bedroom. The next day I found it buried in the garage under many other things. Lots of things were put in the garage that were clearly labeled to be left elsewhere in the home. When we checked the old home & garage, we had six carloads of stuff left to take. Why did I pay movers if I had to make that many trips myself? Shouldn't EVERYTHING have been moved?

Best movers I have had over several moves. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The two movers we had were great guys.

We were impressed that the office called the day of our move to inform us of a cancellation and offering an earlier move time. Although an earlier time did not fit our schedule, we appreciated the communication. Later, they call to inform us about arrival time and timing was perfect. Communication was great and much appreciated. Matt and Brent were great to work with on both ends of the move. Our experience exceeded our expectations.

The young men who moved us were friendly and courteous. They put things where we requested and tried to get the freezer in the basement, but it did not fit do to the stair configuration. Nothing was damaged but I think they could have been a little more careful moving things. They stacked containers on the dolly and twice I saw the load tip and the containers fall to the ground.

I am very pleased to share our experience with you regarding moving my mother's belongings over 100 miles. I mean this most sincerely when I say that the move couldn't have gone smoother. We were well prepared which I believe helped to make the move go well. Both Brent and Noah were extremely efficient, pleasant to work with, and very quick loading and unloading items to and from the truck. They both had positive attitudes which made the move go better than we had expected. I had surgery and can't do any lifting. The 2 guys that moved us were extremely friendly and helpful. They continually asked to see if we needed anything to be moved and took awesome care of us. You have 2 great guys working for you and it showed on their work they did. They really pride themselves on the work they did and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely will be recommending you to all my friends.
