The guys who moved us did an awesome job. Plan to request them when we moved into our new house in 6 months.

Our move was as pleasant as can be. The movers were polite, professional, and friendly. They worked very quickly and efficiently. We could not have asked for a better move.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of the movers with Two Men and a truck. I was a little disappointed that my piano was not treated as well as I hoped. The guys disassembled the music stand, but failed to reassemble it completely. The piano itself is now out of tune as well.

I commend your office staff especially Mandy & I think name Susan. My daughter first contacted your service for me & Mandy was so compassionate & sensitive to our sensitive needs. She is a very caring person that your company should be proud to have

The two young men did a really nice job setting up the bed. Very polite.

I do have a question on an additional charge that was added to our bill yesterday. Please call.

This was a great experience. Mandi was very professional. She answered all my questions and made the process easy to understand. The moving team were great. They were pleasant and professional and made quick work of what we needed done. We will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. Thank you.

My only complaint was simply this...

I asked for your "A team". Two of your best movers. Maculley was great, but the other gentleman, although he did fine, shared with me that he only had 3 more days with your company. It showed. Not in sloppiness, but in effort. they both cared for the furniture, and walls, and surroundings, but the "shortimer" lacked the extra effort that Maculley had.

I blame the gentleman that came to give us our quote, or management because I asked him specifically for two of your best. He agreed to pass it along to management. Either he failed, or they failed.

Overall, my possessions where handled with care, and I am satisfied. But, do not promise something, then fail to follow through. It doesn't show the customer the proper respect they deserve.
