The men were unorganized. I saw one of them checking his phone outside multiple times. they stacked all the boxes to the top first then loaded the few big items I had. none of the boxes were secure so I had to go and rearrange the whole thing. They were not physically capable of moving someone out of a third floor unit and were incredibly slow. I finally told them to stop and I'd finish because I was paying more for them to rest than work. I'll never use this company again

Office and moving personnel were pleasant and professional. I think their service is a little pricey but it is nice to not have to worry about your possessions being damaged.

The service was just as great as the last time we used them a few years ago one of our t.v.s was broken in the process but it seems as if they will hold true to there standards and repair or replace it once we pay the remaining balance of our bill but I would recommend them to everyone and if we move again I will definitely be given them a call Decarlos C. Overall experience was great. Did the move in a timely manner. Just 1 comment that may be helpful. Be aware of your surroundings above you and around you when lifting tall items and carrying them. Very nice and respectful guys. Would get you again. THANK YOU!
