The staff were wonderful. I love it that you answer your phone. The dispatcher kept me afvised of schedule changes. The guys who moved me were personable, careful and amazingly patient.

The two young men that came to physically do the move were wonderful. They were kind, and respectful and treated my items as if they were their own things.

However, the woman at the office that answered the phone was rude, short, and condescending. She was challenging to deal with and couldn't understand a multiple-stop moving trip. I nearly canceled the move due to her rudeness.
