Overall the experience was great. There was some time gap to connect with the estimator to get some questions answers to obtain the final contract but it was taken care of. The phone contacts were awesome...friendly, helpful and informative. The movers were great. The lead of the 2 was spending alot of time folding blankets and organizing the packing materials rather than unpacking so asking him to stop organizing to get the unpacking done first...which he did. The focus should have been to get the unpacking done...and it was raining by now...instead of prepping for the next move. Overall a great experience to find local employees to take care of the move. Thanks.

Because the moving blankets can become easily disorganized during a move we do not want our movers to trip over the blankets when they are moving materials. Overall, we were very pleased. I felt that 3 of the 4 movers were great, and went above and beyond. The fourth was always talking and chatting and did about half the work that the other 3 did. It seemed he was always looking for the least amount he could carry. I only mention this as it was in stark contrast to the other 3 who were amazing.

The two men who moved me were careful and energetic, polite and friendly. The office people also clearly explained services and costs. The boxes I purchased from them were a good value, and I was able to get credit for any unused ones, so no need to agonize. All in all as good an experience as moving can be.
