Had some issues with furniture being damaged during a move by negligent movers. However, it was resolved satisfactorily and I am very pleased with how it was handled afterwards. At first I was frustrated and confused, but my frustrations were kindly received and I was assured that they were justified. I am beyond grateful for the people who helped me with my situation and were patient with me.
