Their were items in the basement that they did not bring. They could not get them upstairs. All I know is that the delivery men where I bought the furniture had no trouble getting them downstairs, but these movers were not. We had to leave our oak bar and chairs behind which were very expensive. There also was a cabinet in the bar area that was not attached and they did not bring that up either. Very disappointed.

Josh and Noah were friendly and treated my stuff with respect. They thought things through to maximize space and ensure there was no load shift in transport. They accomplished in 2 hours what would have taken myself and family/friends 6 to 8 hours. And they took just as good unloading the stuff as the did loading it. I have already referred them to 2 other friends who will soon be moving.

The two movers I had were great o deal with. They handled my furnishings with care, no damage! Will recommend to anyone moving.

Problem with having to reschedule twice due to moving staff being ill. One of the movers was a slacker (Nathan?). Called office to complain. They took 1/2 hr off move time. Otherwise satisfied!

When movers saw the size of our move, they requested and received an additional mover to help with the move. The additional man did not cost extra!! They tried very hard to accomplish the move within the time estimated by the office. The move time was only a little longer than the estimate and accomplished with little additional cost. The extra cost was due to the extra time required to accomplish the move. Pay by the hour. As I said the extra man was provided at no additional cost. Very satisfied with the service.

We have used them several times in the past and have always been pleased with the service. This time was no different. The two young men (Robert and Bradley) were polite, showed concern for our belongings and worked well together. They were also personable and that goes a long way to making for a smooth working relationship between the client and them.

The two gentlemen were very nice and very helpful. Offered to help in anyway possible to help make the move go smooth.

The movers were GREAT!! Very professional, courteous and hard working. I would recommend your movers to anyone.

The only thing i wish is that they would automatically put down carpet and floor protectors. We spent a lot of time cleaning the salt off our wood floors and in our carpet.
Other than that, we couldn’t be happier with their service.
