The two men that move my stuff could not have been better. They did a great job.

Our movers Vince and Brian were FANTASTIC! They packed our furniture with care, worked efficiently and even changed locations when the new spot just didn't work for us. I could not recommend them more!

I was disappointed in the office communications (Rosa). I tried on several occasions to correct order information via emails which went unanswered. I finally did call and was connected with a helpful gal (Mandy) and she did her best to correct the information re proper address and instructions to get there (remote location/confusing). The paperwork auto-generated was wrong and it seemed the local office had trouble correcting - never did receive an updated, correct confirmation beyond verbal. An unnecessarily worrisome customer experience. On the upside, the move took much longer than expected, including the loaded truck getting mired in mud, but the company and the move team worked the problem, dealt with the delays and extra burden graciously. This was appreciated and expressed.

One lamp was broken during the move, and I can live with that. The only gripe I have is they didnandacirc;??t move my recliner... who doesnandacirc;??t take a recliner from the living room? Now my recliner is sitting in a friends garage, because I cannot get it to the new place yet, because it doesnandacirc;??t fit in my car. The guys were very nice, and friendly. But they shouldandacirc;??ve taken my recliner? I was busy catching my 2 cats to put into my car and didnandacirc;??t notice the recliner was still in the living room.

The office staff was extremely understanding, knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation. I had to reschedule several times over several years.
I have used you several times and have been pleased each time. Thank you for the great service and I have and will continue to tell my friends how great you were.

Guys came on time and worked hard all the while they were here, I couldnandacirc;??t believe all the stuff they could lift and move and I know I could not have done it myself as fast and easy as they did! They are well worth every penny paid thanks guys!
