It was a great move across the state for Tim and I, and we could not have done it, without Gavin and Tanner’s help. Moving is a big job and the guys were pleasant and hard working during the whole process. Thank you again.

Your office person was terrible! Misrecorded both my phone number and address. This carelessness resulted in the crew being over two hours late as they were sent to a bogus location, and I was not called because of the wrong phone number. Two hours of my workday was wasted as a result. The two men who did finally show up were great.

The initial customer service was outstanding. The crew that arrived for the move were good and in some areas they went above and beyond, however they lacked hustle and when you are paying by the hour you want to see a sense of urgency. Price is pretty steep.

I enjoyed a pleasant experience with the folks at Two Men and a Truck. They met my requirements for dates/times and were great to work with. I'd definitely recommend this company to others. In fact, I have already done so! Good job!

Everything went really well and the communication was great. There was a little confusion when it came to billing that we got corrected. I would recommend using an automated billing calculator instead of by hand, would make it feel less like a guess and more calculated. The overall move experience was great.

Our movers called within the window of 12:00-2:00 and let us know that they would be to our home by 2:30. They arrived right at 2:30. They did a walk through and figured out what order they would pack items into the truck. They were good listeners as we explained what we wanted and needed done with our belongings. It was raining all day while we were loading and unloading the truck and they did have to put our couch down and one end of it was soaked through. We completely understood as this is a very large and heavy couch. Also, our couch sustained a small tear in the move. However, the company is responding to our damage in a timely manner and we appreciate that very much. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our moving experience, and we would hire this company for future moves.
