So your team did excellent and I would like to use the same team for the next transfer in 4 to 7 months.
They developed a plan based on "Them" asking the right questions and understanding the situation that I was in. Being simathatic to the reason for the need!
Anyway this team should get bonuses

We recently had Tim and Danny help us with an interstate move. They were great! That were on time, courteous, professional, and very careful with our possessions. If I need moving services again I would ask for this crew! Highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck.

even though I made it perfectly clear over the phone, the moving team had notes from the call center that I wanted the safe and other items moved downstairs in the house I was in even though they had the second address.Regardless of the confusion the moving team did a flawless job of moving a 400lb and other large items down a very steep flight of stairs. They all deserve a raise.
