Your office person was terrible! Misrecorded both my phone number and address. This carelessness resulted in the crew being over two hours late as they were sent to a bogus location, and I was not called because of the wrong phone number. Two hours of my workday was wasted as a result. The two men who did finally show up were great.

The initial customer service was outstanding. The crew that arrived for the move were good and in some areas they went above and beyond, however they lacked hustle and when you are paying by the hour you want to see a sense of urgency. Price is pretty steep.
