The moving Team were excellent. What I didn't care for is that no explanation was given that my hourly rate would start when they left their location. I paid for movers, not drivers. I also was never told about the Gas I would have to pay for. All in all, I was happy with the service.

My roommate and I were moving to two new residences at the end of our lease. During the move of one set of items, we inquired about moving the second set in lieu of self-performing it. The staff was more than happy to accommodate us with a quick and reasonable quote. We had a few time options and picked a convenient one. The crew showed up nearly to the minute they were expected, calling ahead 45 minutes before arrival. Crew was very quick and efficient, and also took care to understand what was being moved and pack it safely. The unload happened just as efficiently, and ended up being completed two hours quicker than quoted, resulting in a surprising discount the day of the move. Overall, the experience was very positive from all aspects, and I will be providing referrals to others.

I absolutely love your service. The packers were great, the move was great. What I found frustrating was the fact that no one ever returns calls. After the initial booking, I called to confirm a few things and never received an answer. An office person "Gianna" would leave me messages , and if I called back for clarification, she never called back. I had even pre-booked some unpackers for the 10th, but cancelled because I needed a bit of time to sort through where things would go. Then, on the 10th I called to see if anyone was available for Saturday or Sunday, to help me unpack. Still no answer. My opinion is.........You've got a really beautiful things going, but there's a weak link in the operation.......which I'm sure i costing you lots of money!

They broke my dresser, they left 3 extra large boxes at my apartment and a tall fake plant; none of which I could move in my own car. It took over two hours longer than my last move and this time I had a lot less stuff to move. Just a really disappointing experience overall. There’s no chance I’d ever hire them again.
