I will start by saying that the movers were fabulous. They had to start the day by explaining all the things NOT explained by the customer service reps I'd previously spoken to. Packing and Moving are two separate services (IMPORTANT TO KNOW). Tyler and Derek were so nice when they had to give the 'bad news' that they were movers and not packer/movers, but quickly and calmly gave me three options. I took andquot;get what we can in the truck and go from thereandquot;. About an hour in my husband came home and wanted to discuss with a manager, who came within 10 minutes and so nicely explained the services again (same as Tyler had) and we made a new decision, which the manager (Micah) Tyler and Derek so quickly turned into action. So nice, flexible, obviously just wanted to make me happy and they DID!!!

Great experience except that the office did not explain that we needed to take the gas out of any machinery we shipped including our gas generator and gas lawn mower, The guys were willing however to load are very heavy generator into our pick up for us.
