There were some issues getting the move scheduled, I was never contacted after submitting my quote, then I used the chat feature (after normal hours) and was told that a note would be sent to the office to contact me and then I ended up sending an email requesting someone to confirm if the movers would be available when I needed them. Once contact was made, everything was great.
The movers took great care of my property and the buildings that they were moving in and out of. Nobody likes moving but having a moving company that you trust takes a lot of the stress out of an otherwise stressful process.

The process was straightforward and the office staff was very helpful. The movers were prompt, courteous, and professional. The service was excellent and the price was very competitive. Would definitely want to use Two Men and Truck for our next move.

The movers were great. They moved quickly and efficiently to load and unload our belongings. They finished over three hours earlier than the estimated time. They were very polite and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again and recommend them to anyone who was looking for moving services.

Brian was very helpful and courteous. The other truck driver seemed annoyed most of the time. The team spat a fair amount too which I felt was unprofessional. Items were mostly placed in the right rooms, though more in the middle of the room than the edges so it was tough to unpack. I appreciate their efficiency with time and they ended up coming in under the estimated cost. We will use Two Men again, but this experience was not quite as smooth as the previous move.

Best move ever! Great staff, all costs clearly explained and estimated. Right on time on moving day, careful with all 7500 pounds of items, and finished over an hour earlier than the estimated time. Great service and people!

Over all the service was pretty good. The one exception is the men only brought five boxes. When I spoke to the woman in the office, I told her I wasn't sure exactly how many boxes I would need. She said that wouldn't be a problem and the guys always bring extra boxes. When the men showed up, they only had five boxes and no more. They said they only bring the exact amount that is requested. I used 2 men and a truck twice in the past, and this never happened. nearly half of my belongings were left behind and I still was charged the full price. This was very disappointing. The men were appologetic, but since I am blind and can't drive, I was stuck with no other option but to ask the maintainance man at my previous residence to help.

This team was professional, thoughtful and pleasant from start to finish. They treated me and my belongings with care and dedication. The lead mover was very experience and alleviated my concerns about my antiques that had been damaged in a previous move. He was careful to wrap everything and explain how it would be put in the truck to ensure that it would be safe. The office had miscalculated what was needed and the assistant manager was able to get a second truck and stayed on the job himself to make it happen. They were cheerful and pleasant throughout the day and had a really positive, can do, attitude. After a recent disastrous long distance move, this team was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them!
