Overall experience was good. With the exception of some tearing of a corner of my couch, it was a good experience. They were timely, and they actually over-quoted me which is a nice change. Having problems getting in touch with the person who is suppose to evaluate and repair my couch though.

I was very grateful for the prompt and efficient service I received from all 3 men who helped me move big furniture locally. They were on time if not a bit early and got the job done way quicker resulting in a lesser bill for me which was appreciated as well! Thank you. Glad I followed the referral from my dad and others!

Overall I am happy. There are some dings in the drywall on the stairs at both houses that I’ve had to repair, which is why I don’t feel an excellent rating is earned.
I also would have liked to have been scheduled earlier in the day I order to have room for possible time overrun. The guys were running out of time on their shift and it made their last tasks a bit rushed.
Communication with office was challenging. Online inventory form didn’t work, and calls were never returned the same day.

When I was setting up the move, I had a lot of trouble contacting my move coordinator through the phones. Three weeks in, I finally got her email and then communication was fabulous. At the beginning I think this information should be given out. From the time the move team took over, everything was excellent.
