It was all good until you lost a piece to my bed and then walked away. I’m sleeping in the guest room, can’t finish unpacking and no one answers the phone at customer care. Do you really think I’ll just let this go? Make this right!

Movers showed up on time! Team was friendly, cordial and very transparent about the fees and process. They completed the move of my oversized bulky heavy items promptly and courteously. I will add Two Men and a Truck to my very short list of companies I have dealt with during this move that understand what true customer service is!

After using different moving companies over the years, I have to say that the Two Men and A Truck moving team are by far a cut above the rest. The staff is courteous and helpful. The movers were on time, clean, and friendly. All of my belongings were delivered with utmost care and consideration, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. 3 men were sent for our move since we had such a large house. I was very impressed with their courtesy to us and respect for our home and belongings. They carefully wrapped all furnishings with a blanket and plastic wrap!! Sometimes accidents happen, and one did in our case. A table leg was broken off a barista table which they promptly brought to my attention. Fortunately, I had signed for coverage of any mishaps, so they took the table and had it repaired and delivered it to our new home with a few days of our move in. I have told people of your company and our satisfaction with you. I will most definitely refer your company to anyone I know who’s moving in the future.
