We were very pleased with the moving team. They were professional and friendly and took exceptional care in preparing our possessions for moving, loading and unloading. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend the company.

My moving team were great! They handle my belongings with care and were willing to help place them. I would recommend Two Men and A Truck.

didn't get all things upstairs and downstairs we tried to load 1 truck with upstairs things and the other to downstairs ,when they first started I thought marking each piece to go to the right truck I was told they didn't need tooth gentlemen did hurt himself in truck and I think that is were things started to go bad if it was marked the rest of crew would know were things went, we do have a broken handle on our dresser and I have been in contact by e mail that they are working on it I hope sooner then later.

We experienced some damage, however taking out the insurance with a deductible, did not pay, manager to offered to pay $50 , however so far seen nothing. Scratches to hard wood flooring in two places and scratches of the TV glass table.

Really goid team but as the days after passed we discovered mire and more scratches to our furniture.

Two items were damaged during the move one was a headboard to the bed and the corner of the mattress

I was quoted for 7.5 hours of work— moving from a 4th floor apt to a 3 story townhouse— and the guys did it in 4hrs 15min (and I feel like that includes drive time??)! They had a third man as well (training) but pretty sure they would have done the job in roughly the same time. For me, it wasn’t about saving money (but that was a perk!!) it is about time. I’m ready to be done and start unpacking/decorating!! They were all so friendly and funny! We did have two (cheap) items damaged a bit, but they were incredibly apologetic and offered the write up (not necessary— garage items anyways). I can buy new ones with the money they saved me haha. I’d still recommend them with no hesitation!!

I waited to reply to this survey because I wanted to be able to give all high marks. The office contacted me the day after our service asking how they did and if anything needed to be fixed. I let him know our piano that is over 100 had a significant scratch and damage to a leg, as well as one of the door frames in our new house from the team not initially taking off legs and room door to move a couch in. He said he’d forward details and pictures to the person who manages damages. I never heard from anyone and it’s now been two weeks. I paid for the extra protection, so this is quite frustrating. Other than this, everyone was professional and hard working. I would still definitely recommend this company and would use it again.
