<div>Hey Scott, we tried reaching out to you via phone to speak with you directly about the situation as customer service is at the top of our list. After reviewing with the movers; the need for more packing supplies was made prior to it running out. In fact, when our manager showed up, they still had plenty left. The time increase was due to the fragile nature of your inventory and our mover's attention to detail for those items. We also noted there was a long walk at the storage unit which added to the increased time a well. We appreciate you not faulting our men, as they never stopped working while on your move. We do understand the frustration with having to pay outside of that estimate, so we took an hour off of your move.</div>

<div>Sorry if you misunderstood Charles, we do make it very clear to our customers that second moves of the day DO NOT have a set start time. We are able to note your time request however, depending upon our schedule we may not be able to accommodate them. Second moves of the day start when the truck returns from the first move. We find it best to have a clear schedule the day of a move.</div>
