Overall the movers tried to use care and wrapped all my property in blankets and plastic, with the exception of my French door refrigerator. The fridge was dented and a handle was ripped off also damaged my new house when trying to move it in. Have heard from them once but been over a week and still nothing about fixing the damage.

Overall my experience with Two Men and Truck was excellent. Monroe, one of your movers, displayed excellent customer service and knowledge with forms for customers to sign. Ryan S., another employee, has excellent management skills and should not be overlooked for a management position.

Dee (Deveon I think was his name) and Monroe were prompt, courteous, professional and had great attitudes. I really felt like I was in good hands with them. If I ever have to move again I will be using Two Men and a Truck.

The movers were very respectful and nice and wrapped most of my furniture with TLC but the dragged my new memory foam mattress along the sidewalk. When things settled down and everyone was gone I noticed the corner of my mattress was dirty along with the top. I am not sure how or when this happened because after I watched how wonderfully they wrapped my furniture I felt like I trusted them with the rest. I was a bit disappointed with that but again they were very sweet and professional.

It was wonderful. The movers were professional and took extreme care of my furniture and home. Cannot say enough good things about the 3 young men that moved me.

Only thing that did not go so well was that in disassembling my steel bunk beds, several screws were stripped and I had to chisel them out, damaging the bunk beds. I was able to retap the holes and purchase 8 new replacement screws but it took me 3 hours to run back and forth to the hardware store. Other than that, it was a great move and I will use you again. A mover admitted he was hungover and was extra slow. The crew drug their feet the entire day, took 45 mins to load the last items from the old place. We waited 40 mins at the new place for the crew to show up cause they had stopped at WAWA even though we bought them lunch and water which they stopped and ate once they arrived. 3 guys to move a piano was not enough so my husband had to help. The dolly they had to move the piano needed air in tires, which made it more difficult. They were taking so long by the end my husband and I starting unloading boxes ourselves. The last time we moved with the same amount of stuff/situation only took 3 hours. This crew cost us 6 hours. Due to trash in the truck an important item was overlooked and we had to pick it up from the office ourselves.

From the 1st phone call to the last piece of furniture 2 men and a truck was great. Lamont and Travanty are awesome workers and had a great attitudes even with my heavy furniture they SMILE and were very Friendly.
