This is the second time in 3 years than I have used Two Men and a Truck. First time, great work. Second time, even BETTER ! Pls keep up the great attitude you and your workers have. It means a lot to us out in the private world.

The move plan was set up in a day's (9/19) advance which was great. The moving team (Jeff and Devon) were very nice and professional. During the move, I told them not to pack everything as the distance was just 10 mins from my old house. In the process, one of my mattresses got damaged. This was reported to the office and I was communicated (by the driver) that office will contact you as soon as possible about the damage but please sign the 'release of liability' clause. In good faith, I did that. Then office manager, called me back and said you have already signed the 'release of liability' clause and nothing much we can do. This was frustrating and I felt like not to be a professional discussion. I'm not going to recommend anyone to avail TMT service further.

I have used this company in three previous moves as well as my family have used them several times. I can honestly say that each and every time they have moved us they not only are above and beyond the professionalism expected but they treat our possessions as if they were their own personal treasurers. I cannot say enough good words to describe my experience with Monroe, Alphonse,Mike, Ken, Trevonty and Damon. They made our move so much easier than we could have thought. Thank You again for being there for us!
