Office was great in scheduling. Moving team was on time.
A glass shelf shattered in the first 30 min of move.
After the team left we noticed 3 different floor lamps were damaged at the bases.
We noticed dining room table kegs were missing.
- left a voicemail , no call back
- texted Two days in a row, no reply
-4th day called again and talked to a rep. No follow up.
Why?

The movers were not expert on how to disassemble and assemble the furniture. Took them very long. The movers were not expert of how to maneuver and fit the furniture out and inside the house. The movers, left blankets behind and took a door of a room without putting it back. The movers were not organized on unloading and reassemble the furniture in am organized way and that caused a huge damage of my Italian sliding curved glass door for my china cabinet. The company never called me back after my many attempt of contacting them immediately after the movers left and days after I still haven’t received a call back from the management on how they will deal with my damage and Brocken glass sliding door. 3 man, one truck for 2bedroom townhome took them 9 hours. A huge disaster Very disappointed

Second move of day. Small move. Didn't arrive until 4pm. 9pm before done. Price went over high end of estimate. One piece damaged. Filled out damage report. Said would get a call next day. Been 3 days and still haven't heard from anyone.

One lamp base was broken and not marked on delivery sheet. It should have been packed better as it has been moved by same company before.

I felt they were good and helpful. The onley problem was. men broke the exit sign at the building from where I moved from. And I hope you will take care of that. Thank you.

We had the movers set up a queen bed, but they did not put the screws in the metal frame. They chipped a four inch long piece of glass off the table top of our glass table. I'm sure it was an accident but now every time I set foot in the living room my mind and eyes go directly to the broken corner of the table. It's always been my favorite piece of furniture that we have ever owned.

The lead for the movers was very responsive, courteous and efficient. His helpers, well, they should have been more careful with moving the heavy items. For the most part, the items were only wrapped in plastic. I had numerous heavy wrapping blankets which would have, if used, avoided the damage to my walls. Also, two of the workers had very dirty gloves and because of that, the walls and railings were left pretty dirty. One of the workers was not very careful and often banged items into the walls and doors. I have recommended Two Men before, but not as confident now.

Kudos to Anthony, Arkeem and Jose truely a professional team. Very careful and caring while handling our furniture. Kudos to the entire team they worked very well together. Vic

There is absolutely no question about who I will call for my next move, I could not be happier with my decision to hire 2 Men and a Truck (disclaimer, there were 3 men in the truck, but they did the work of 4 men, so that averages out, right?)

I almost hired another moving company with a slightly cheaper rate until I read their reviews. I felt so uneasy about it and started researching reviews on Two Men and a Truck. Two Men had great reviews and the team lived up to the online reputation. Three courteous and professional men came to move a piano for me. They took care to keep our door frames, carpets, etc. clean and free of damage. They were very careful with the piano. Initially, I wanted to get friends to help me move the piano, but the moment Two Men and a Truck entered the door, I immediately knew I made the best choice. Happy to recommend them in the future and will use for future moves. You get what you pay for–Two Men was worth the money and peace of mind.
