The main reason I decided to use Two Men and a Truck vs. other movers was the professionalism and excellent communication of Kim Waisome. She was business-like, clear, efficient and helpful. I did request that the movers wear masks while indoors. They did not have them so we gave each one a mask. I did notice that among your three-person moving crew, two men seemed to do most of the work.

Mike S., Mike B., and Tymon were the best! They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and efficient. I felt completely confident that my household goods were being treated with the utmost care throughout the move. Thank you so much for a great moving experience!

I just left a review on another site (I believe it was google) as well as spoke with Kim earlier. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Two Men and A Truck, they are beyond amazing. Form initial contact via phone to follow on planning with my personalized service coordinator, the planning for the move to support my mother was extraordinary.

Additionally, I have nothing but superlative remarks regarding the four man crew that arrived to pack, load, move locally, and offload items at the new location. the crew was very patient and exceptionally careful and professional.

Chris was amazing to work with in the office. Our closing got moved multiple times and he was professional and aided us in switching days. Our movers were Top Notch! They worked hard, moved quick and took care of all of our stuff. They even asked us if we were okay with the smaller items we were moving. Hands down the best moving service I’ve dealt with!! Definitely would recommend!!

Jeremy and Chauncey were great! They show up on time. They were both very professional. They work fast but also made sure to do the job right so nothing was damaged. I would recommend these two if you have a big move or just need help rearranging furniture. And the office was also great. They kept us informed by phone or text on everything. This is a company that gets it and it shows.

The two guys that moved me were awesome, professional and friendly. On my initial phone quote there was a Issue about the new address being Norfolk or Hampton I confirmed Hampton but all subsequent paperwork had Norfolk and it’s on me for missing this so I have to take most of the blame. But would have been nice to have had it correct from the start. This cost me hundreds extra but that’s on me.

We used Two Men and a Truck to move out of a temporary apartment that we were in in the Virginia Beach area. It was about 3-4 weeks after Virginia had been "closed" due to COVID-19. We were transporting our furniture, etc., back to our home in Alabama and were using a U-Haul truck. The team arrived on time and loaded it in record time. The team was polite and efficient. We'd use them again!
