I think the movers must be trained to take as much time as possible (since they charge for extra hours beyond quote). The guys took 30 minutes doing very minimal prep before starting my move; only had to move 7 pieces of large furniture (2 dressers without drawers, 1 smaller dresser w/out drawers, 1 night stand, 1 media center, 1 bed (already broken down), and a pool table. Original quote was 2 hours, and it took them over 4 hours to move 7 pieces just 6 miles down the road. I was also told on my quote that eta was 8am-9am, but when I called the day of move, they told me the guys were scheduled to arrive at 11am. Since I had scheduled other services based on the 8am start, I missed the gas utility tech, and had to wait 3 more days to get gas service at my new place. Call someone else.

<div>Karen, you were booked during our busy season as a second move of the day, which we do not offer start times for. The verbiage as a second move of the day was sent to you, alongside your estimate which was reflective of a move between 3.75-5.75 hours. Our hourly minimum is for 3 hours for a Monday move and we seldom drop that minimum unless the situation is applicable. Your final bill came in at 4.5 hours, falling within in middle of the estimate. The move was completed without damage or incident likely due to the padding a wrapping they did on the furniture before hand.</div>

The first crew was not good, they were slow, didn't seem to want to load up the truck. They damaged some furniture then had us sign a damage waiver saying it was previously damaged. Later a more experienced crew showed up, they worked hard to get us back on schedule and made things right, but I wish it was done right from the beginning..

Ryan, Fred and Dee were awesome movers. Their attitudes were great, as was their care of our belongings. They are a terrific team. Couldn’t be happier!

I had numerous errors on part of CST booking & coordinating my move. Then the two movers were not prepared & tired & not doing there job well.

<div>While we did arrive earlier than expected when there was a schedule error, we came back later during the estimated time at no charge to you and completed your move. The movers continued to do the move for you, without damages until you asked them to leave to avoid additional charges. We have since resolved these issues with you and hope that we receive your referrals in the future.</div>

My three movers, Ryan C., Monroe, and Jamel were so courteous and polite. They took extra care to make my move less stressful. My furniture is quite heavy but all three had such a positive attitude. I would definitely use Two Men and A Truck for my next move and would strongly recommend this company for your moving needs.

We were pleased with all three movers who moved us into our new home. Keith and Fredrick both worked very hard in getting everything into the house and placed exactly where we wanted it as quickly and seamlessly as possible. However my wife and I both felt that Monroe was the true star as he met with us during each point of the move to make sure that we were happy with and understood exactly what was going on at that point. He was really on top of everything with knowing how long the process would take and where each item on the truck was. Very pleased with his performance as well as the performance of Keith and Frederick and would recommend Two Men and a Truck to any of our friends.

Firstly, the moving team was completely sent to my apartment unprepared for the furniture I had. No tools, and very very late. By the time I made it to my new house, it was 2:30 AM the next day, and we were told that because of how late it was, the movers were going to now have to take a hotel.
When hey arrived to unpack my furniture they stepped on my couch and boxes and dropped things. The movers also left various important things at the apartment, like the cord and tubing for my Dryer/Washer appliances. Now, I am being charged a week later than the move and I was not prepared for the money to come out. Very bad experience. Left numerous messages with the office team, and have never gotten a call back.

Your long distance always required a hotel stop for the movers and was already included in the price we estimated for you. For LD moves we take half of the total cost of the move as a deposit up front during booking and then authorize you for the remaining half prior to the move. The funds would have already been on reserve for the move so I&#39;m not sure how you were not prepared however, i am sorry that affected you negatively. I was very nervous about moving. After first contact, I knew all would be okay. These guys were extremely courteous and professional. Throughout the move, they remained upbeat as they worked together. I felt like I was a part of the team. They definitely made it memorable, in a good way. A BIG thanks to Anthony, David, and Willie!
