The entire experience was outstanding in terms of service quality and price. The scheduler was pleasant and helpful. The two gentlemen who did the job were punctual, fast, professional, hard-working, and good-humored (Sheldon was terrific). My project was a room-to-room move of furniture within the same house, and I now wish I had utilized Two Men And A Truck in the past for other moves. Highly recommended, five stars!

The moving team was excellent. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with moving things out and then into the new place. Taking time to make sure where I wanted it located. Did a great job with moving of the furniture with great care. I would recomment them to anyone or if ever having to have something moved I would hire them at again. Such a great team that I knew I wanted to tip them for taking care of my new furniture.

My experience from my initial phone call to the office to the completion of my move was EXTREMELY positive. Nicole gave me an estimate that was right on target with my charges at the end of my move, and she kept me updated from my initial call to set up my move through my move date. My movers, Shelton B. and Daniel L., were very professional, respectful, courteous, congenial, and ensured my belongings were safely transported and moved into my new home. And they were very quick! I cannot praise this Salem, VA team of Two Men And A Truck enough! For anyone who has a move to be completed in the Roanoke, VA area, I HIGHLY recommend the Salem, VA franchise of Two Men And A Truck. You will be very glad you did!

I had changes to the amount of furniture to be moved on the day before the move which should have prompted the staff to order a smaller truck. The driver of the truck used did not feel confident the truck could pull the last hill of our road leading to my husband having to drive pickup to the truck and unloading to his truck for the last leg. This added more lifting loading and unloading adding time to the move. That could have been prevented by using the right truck--not the workers fault. Overall the move went well and quickly. I am satisfied with the handling and protection of the furniture. Attitude and ability of both movers was great. Happy to have it done. Thanks.
