This was a positive experience from my initial call to the movers delivering my mother's property. I truly appreciate being able to speak with the same representative, Andrew, each time I called. Robert and Denzell were very professional and did an amazing job from start to finish! I would highly recommend your company based on my experience.

I had to reschedule a couple of times because my house was not ready and the office was extremely flexible. The two gentlemen called and arrived in a timely fashion during the estimated arrival window. My move took a little longer than estimated but I understand it is just an estimate done before seeing the actual contents of the move. The office called towards the end of the move to make sure things were going smoothly. Both the movers and the office staff were pleasant, professional and polite. I had one piece of furniture that was broken during the move otherwise it would have been a perfect transition.

We had never used a moving company before, and will never go without one again! The move went smoothly, even in the rain, and our things were moved quickly and efficiently. The movers were polite, and were able to move even our heaviest furniture. Unfortunately, not everything could fit on the truck, so we had to do a few trips back to the house ourselves, but the movers did so much on the moving day that we could unpack and feel like it was our home much sooner than anticipated.

The whole experience with moving our office within the city was smooth and easy from start to finish. From the quoting process with the office to the communications before the move and the crew on the moving day - everyone was a pleasure to interact with and made for the best moving process that I've experienced, personally or professionally.

Our move was great & faster then expected. Both movers were gentlemen & understanding of what we needed in the process. The office calling on moving day was extremely nice to check on our situation. I can not say enough about the two guys working that were sent & how helpful, respectful, and courteous the team was. My family had moved with the company years ago & they were great then & obviously stayed if not raised the bar higher. In a small word awesome!

Great experience using Two Men and a Truck! The scheduling process was quick and easy. And most importantly, Jonathan and his crew who performed the move were outstanding! They arrived on time, they were professional, and they worked efficiently and swiftly. The crew wrapped and protected all the appropriate items of furniture and there was no wasted time at any point during the move. I would highly recommend this team!

one of the men was able to handle the move. he was full of energy. the other stayed on the truck much of the time. the movers did not have tools to take my bed frame apart. I was forced to go door to door until I found a neighbor with the correct tools. I did call and provide feedback to the office and they credited me for .5 hours. I appreciated this but the move was still more stressful than it needed to be.

I have moved many times in my life and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The movers used "cling wrap" which does nothing to protect the furniture. They picked up my furniture and often threw it over their shoulder like a sack of fertilizer. Moving blankets are very helpful in protecting the furniture. That wrap is worthless. I never had movers turn my furniture sideways or upside down, nor not cover it in moving blankets.
When I spoke to the lady in the office she made it clear that speed was their top priority - with absolutely no concern for protecting the furniture.
We will bring pictures of the damaged furniture during the upcoming week.
