my experience was horrible with Two Men and a Truck. The movers were late, inexperienced and unprofessional. They complained about how heavy the furniture was and that they needed help, used profanity and was not careful with my belongings. The attitude was terrible and they left my garage in disarray.
The office rented a truck from another company because the truck was not working. The truck rented was much. smaller and two trips had to be made. I was not informed of renting a truck from another moving company. It was a stressful time

Our moving team was great. What I didn’t appreciate is the office staff constantly calling them while they were trying to help us. It kept stalling them having to take calls during our allotted time.

Everything went fine and the moving staff was great. The only thing that was deficient was that I had to confirm my need for your company 3 times. I initiated a call to you on 6/26/18 to confirm my need of your services on 6/29/18 as scheduled and you noted that. I then received a call from you on 6/27/18 to confirm my move which I did again. On the afternoon of 6/28/18 I received an e-mail from you stating that you were sorry you missed me by phone on 6/27/18 and wanted me to again confirm my need for your services the next morning. Like as said everything went fine with the move but you may want to keep track of what your customers tell you leading up to it. Thanks. Paul

The movers were very professional, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with their service. They met and exceeded our expectations. They are a great team and they represent the company very well.

My review is mixed because the lead guy Julian and most of the guys were great. However I had a dressing table mirror that was attached to a dresser, which I knew had a crack in the part that screwed into the mirror. They pointed it out to me also before they unscrewed that part to detach mirror from dresser. However, when I came across the mirror in my garage, both of the legs used to screw the mirror to the dresser were broken off completely. The thing that really annoys me is none of them told me this had happened. The mirror was just placed in the garage with no mention of a breakage. Also, I bought boxes from Lowes and spent weeks packing items carefully, but they just stacked them on their SIDES, on top of each other in the truck. No consideration for keeping them upright.
