I've moved several times, but this was the best move I've experienced. Every detail of the process was handled in a superior manner. I have already told my friends this is THE company to call when they need to move. Not one item was scratched or damaged. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted it, and rearranged if I needed it. The movers worked hard all day and were just as pleasant in the afternoon as they were in the morning after a long work day of heavy lifting. Jon, William, and TY well represent the company; they were professional and kind. I am extremely pleased with the move.

I requested 3 men but only received 2 due to that the moving took longer. I was compensated for that mistake. Great customer service!!

Great attitude with our moving team, prompt as well. Only area of improvement was maybe to slow down a bit. Had several boxes clearly marked fragile, that were on the bottom of other, heavier boxes; nothing was damaged. They worked well together and were very engaging.

I enjoyed working with Shamar, Mike, and Mel- they were punctual, hard working, and very easy going. They moved a full 10X30 storage unit full of furniture to our new house in just over 4 hours with no damage! I highly recommend.

Two of my friends used you. I happen to be with my friend on the move in day. The crew was so nice, polite, friendly, and very accommodating. They were so fast, they kept moving on, even in the sweltering heat. I had a different crew for my move but they were every bit as wonderful as the other. I am so impressed with these young men and their dedication to a very tough job. I don't know where you find your employees, but well done on that. In these times, so often the workers are just there for that paycheck and do not care. That is not the case with these young men.

After several bad moving experiences, Two Men and a Truck restored my faith in movers. Dequan and Rich were prompt, personable, and went above and beyond to get my wife and I moved from a third floor apt in Fredericksburg to our new place in Glen Allen. We were quoted a price by the office staff and while we did have to pay slightly more based on weight, Dequan explained everything before the move and after the truck was weighed putting our minds at ease that we were not being ripped off. We were so pleased we told our former apartment complex that they should refer business to you for anyone looking to move in or out of the complex. We will definitely call again if we have any moving needs in the future. -Brent

I was making this move for my mother to go to independent living, it was emotional for us both, as she had been in her home for 51 years. So, someone had recommended another company, I was going to go with this company, until I checked online, to see what their ratings were, it wasn't good. Your company had almost 5 stars, and I read some of the reviews, liked what I saw. The movers were professional, courteous, and since I was doing this move by myself, they reassured me, that everything would be fine. She had an antique hutch, and curio cabinet, that were all glass. We had no breakage. John, the head guy, did a great job with his team. The price was also so reasonable. Thanks so much! Linda

I was very pleased with our moving/storage experience so far. Starting with Denise who provided all information and answered any questions I had concerning our move, to the movers Evander, Justin, and Robert. The team was very courteous, friendly and professional. The guys handled all our items with care and if possible, we will request the same crew for our final delivery of our furniture. I feel that our furniture is in good hands and Denise was more than accommodating in handling our requests and storage needs. I have full confidence in Two Men and a Truck and look forward to completing our moves hopefully shortly

It went great. The team arrived within the window and gave me a call. They were very polite, professional, and careful during the move. They laid down fabric on the lawn and in the houses so they didn't get any dirt or scratches on the floor. They wrapped all the furniture so that it was protected during the drive. Best of all, they were extremely quick and great at what they do. I got a call from the manager mid-move just to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely hire them again (but hopefully I won't have to move anytime soon). Thank you!

The men were awesome. Super friendly, very efficient. They were a pleasure to be around and did an amazing job moving all of our stuff. They took their time making sure things were wrapped up and loaded correctly, keeping our belongings free from any damage. We were very pleased!!
