Although the end result was good, my experience had some hiccups. The day I was scheduled to move, no movers. I called the office to find I was on the schedule for the following day, despite the fact all my paperwork had the day I expected. Next, once the movers arrived, I was immediately asked what the priority items were as the truck would not hold everything that had been discussed in the original estimate. I applaud the movers for realizing this early and informing me. Overall the movers did a great job with the move. However, they ran out of tape, cardboard and moving blankets. They called for more, but it was several hours before they arrived. Additionally, I was told by the office the movers knew how to disassemble items when necessary - this was not the case.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was wonderful! From setting up the move, to the actual move. They always answered my questions, and were polite and courteous. The movers on moving day were patient and understanding of everything going on. A wonderful experience overall.

It was pretty good. Some of my pieces have a little damage, and they didn't get all the furniture on the truck. Overall, it was good.

I feel so bad for my movers. They had come to my move five and a half hours late after finishing an 8 hour move. They were exhausted, so my move took longer than I had hoped and required my family to step in and help. The movers themselves were fine. I am disappointed in the office staff for 1) failing to communicate with me on the late arrival of my movers when I frantically called and only got voicemails and 2) would even ALLOW these movers to do my move after having such a difficult, long morning move. This reflects poorly on the management for failing to communicate and for failing to look out for the wellbeing of their movers. I would not have heard from ANYONE had the movers not called me themselves to make sure someone else had been sent - just to find out that I had not.

The men arrived on time, were careful with the items they moved, were helpful, were careful not to dirty the floors in either the old or the new homes, were cheerful (even when I asked them to move a couple of pieces of furniture to different rooms when I saw how they looked in my original plan), and were very professional in the entire process. My moving team was 3 hrs late d/t a truck battery. Never got a discount for that. My team was wretched. One guy was completely incompetent, scratched my walls and railing. The other I tracked down and was smoking in the truck. They were ridiculously slow, drawing the process out. I had to call the office repeatedly. A manager was sent to help and it picked up a little. My couch and other fabric valuables were filthy, covered in something from the truck. I was then told I wasn't going to be charged for 3 guys, which never should have been a question as there were only 2 for the majority of the time. I don't feel like I was given a good discount. I had planned on giving a good recommendation to my friends about 2 men, but now I will never use them again. It was truly an awful experience.

Denzel and Robert were right on time, polite, efficient, and very helpful. They accommodated a couple of extra requests and were very pleasant the entire time. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again, and would ask for Denzel and Robert. Thank you.
