The crew arrived shortly after phoning me they were on their way. Due between 8:30-9:00 a.m. they arrived shortly before 8:30 a.m. The crew was comprised of three very hard working, courteous and professional men. Every piece of furniture or glass pieces were wrapped and taped. Estimated time for the entire move was six hours and they delivered! This move went without a delay or any problems either out of one property or into the new property! Also, there were no damages to report. I am happy to report this move was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their company in the future. Thank you.

The movers arrived early, were extremely courteous, followed very specific directions, had wonderful dispositions, and finished putting everything in storage 30 mins ahead of time.

Jesse and Chad were outstanding! My move was a tough one (over 12 hours), down two floors with no elevator), a two hour drive, and then a move that required some walking down a tricky hill to the basement. The move was flawless because of Jesse and Chad. I just finished unpacking all of my boxes and not one broken item! I'm sure the team was exhausted after the two hour drive back to Richmond...they certainly exceeded my expectations.

The movers were great! They did drop a piece of furniture that caused a gash in the wall, but he promptly wrote up a claim for it. Also, they were trying to move quickly as to reduce how much I would end up paying, which I appreciated. Other than the damage to the wall, they were very efficient and good.

Patrick and Marcus were an outstanding team. They were focused on getting the job done efficiently, pleasant to deal with and arrived in the prescribed time frame. Good job all round!

This was an internal move. I had my master bedroom furniture (big heavy solid wood) moved upstairs. There are “tight” turns and the guys did a great job.
The office team was excellent too.

The move into our new community, with Two Men's help, went off without a hitch! Jesse, Chad and Chris were our move Consultants and they were awesome!! They cared for our belongings as if it were theirs, and they were super conscious of our time. Deniece, the office person, was pleasant in my initial contact with her. But when I called back to get further clarification about pricing, specifically after reading the contract, she was quite rude. I would not, however, let that deter me from using Two Men's services again or recommending them to others. As a matter of fact, a future neighbor asked if we could recommend Jesse and his crew and we said YES!!! Overall the experience was a good one. Maybe just a small bit of improvement on the customer service side.

I could not have been more pleased with my moving experience. From the first phone call to the truck door being closed before the movers left my new residence, the service was superior in every way. Everyone that I dealt with in the office was courteous and knowledgeable. The two young men that moved me (Julian and Shermon) were professional, friendly, worked at a steady pace and went above and beyond to make a very stressful day as comfortable as possible. They wrapped every piece of furniture carefully so that it arrived without a scratch. They placed every item exactly as I asked and even assembled my two beds.
It is rare to get a great schedule, quality service and a fair price in one experience. I had all three with Two Men and a Truck! I highly recommend the company.

Once again you have exceeded expectations- we have had to consolidate and relocate the contents of 2 houses and an apartment- all going to different locations over the last 4 years - used them at least 4 times- they are professional, careful, polite and expedite everything to make your move as smooth as possible. Comcast should take notes- this is how you deliver excellent customer service at an affordable price! Many thanks-

The movers started the day wrapping all furniture to protect it. As the day progressed, they stopped preparing pieces before moving them to the truck. Upon delivery, one bookcase was dropped from the truck and destroyed. Accidents happen and I wouldn’t be as upset if the office would respond to my claim.
