The team showed up ready to start. Once they heard my Mom was in ICU an hour away, they went even faster so I could go see her. Very thoughtful movers !!!!

we were disappointed that the office did not want to come out and get a better understanding of what we needed moving. they asked some basic questions. we hired 3 movers and a 28' truck which we filled, and didn't make to our second stop. I had 3 helpers on my end, and we loaded 3 suburban's, a truck and trailer. i suppose we are lucky that we had the recourses on our end. If we had been 80 yearrs old and expected the moving company to handel everything, this would have been very disappointing. the hosue we moved from is empty, and all the items are in the new house, however We also still have to deal with our second stop items which we were told would fit.

Movers were not given a truck large enough for move. Did not pack closets initially, wasted time when movers doubled back to do so. Movers scratched 60% of items moved (did not protect wood furniture). Broke foot of chair.

The two men worked so efficiently and effectively. Thanks for their fabulous work.

Carnell, Shelton & Jonathan were very personable, thoughtful men and we thoroughly appreciated their care in wrapping our furniture and handling our items. A minor issue was quickly addressed and we are actually not dreading the second half of our move knowing how well the first one went:)

Everything went fine, although we felt it took a long time to initially load up our items when we were not there supervising. The trip between homes was very short, the apartment was small, and it just seemed to take a very long time after we left.

The biggest issue was that it was raining that day and they had nothing to cover wet dirty boots while moving things into our home even after I told them I just had the carpets cleaned the day prior.

My experience with two men and truck was completely phenomenal this was the best moving experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs courteous movers that care about your items. the three gentleman that we had for our move were completely amazing. Joe, John, and Christian were super! If I could give a higher grade than excellent I would !
Denise was amazing too. I accidentally put in the wrong date for the move and within 5 minutes of calling she had rectified it an we were moving that day!

Superb customer service.

Joe and Corey were THE best. Seriously. When I move again I am absolutely requesting them, specifically. I couldn't be happier with their help, attitude, and disposition.
