The moving team called us an hour before they arrived and when they started loading furniture it went very quickly and smoothly. The guys were a great help and had a positive attitude during the entire move, even when the move went into the early evening because they had another move prior to ours. They were careful and we were very happy with the experience.

My experience with the movers was fine, but we chose Two men and a truck based on the estimate given. We sought estimates from 4 moving companies in total and Two Men was the cheapest, which is why we chose you all. Our total cost and time it took was DOUBLE what we were quoted. The information on what services we needed, the size of our apartment, and the number of total boxes I provided was accurate, but the second the movers walked into my apartment they said that this job was definitely going to take longer than quoted. I understand that it is an estimate and expect that there may be variation in the price, but a 100% increase from the original quote is crazy. We would have gone with a different company.

The office staff was really nice and professional. They helped me plan my move and gave me a good estimate of the move. The movers arrived on time. They covered my floors so the rain did not get inside and they wrapped my furniture very well. The move was a success. They were helpful in all aspects of my move .

I was very satisfied with the office staff, who were very courteous and loved the moving staff. Where things fell through the cracks were that there were NO wardrobe boxes supplied! I had 2 closets to be moved and now everything is folded in boxes and not hung! I was very disappointed that they had no provisions for my hung clothes. I don't know what went wrong. The gentleman on the scene offered to drive back to the office to get some and drive back (1/2 hour each way) with wardrobe boxes. However, when you are paying by the hour the wait would cost more money.
I have spoken to them and they offered to bring wardrobe boxes to the storage facility that I am using.
I just wish better provisions had been taken.

I was called all through the process from setting up the date to meeting the crew on the day of the move at the storage unit, which I liked a lot. The movers were very careful with my belongings and worked at a good pace to load up and unload the truck. They were respectful of my belongings and of me. They found a couple of items broken in the storage unit from how my son and his friends had stacked the items; they showed me the items right away. At my new home they placed the TV on the shelf and set up my dining room table and bed for me. They got the job done in 4 hours! (The estimate was 4 1/2 hours and I was worried that it would have taken longer.) I was amazed at how efficiently they did it. I will use them again in the future if I move again. I highly recommend them.

Richard and Brandon, my movers, were exceptional in their moving my new couch and taking out the old couch. Incredibly professional and courteous throughout the moving process; will recommend to anyone else!
