A planter was broken during the move and the mover didn’t have anything to clean it up with.

Overall great experience and I would definitely use Two Men And A Truck again. The moving team was friendly and considerate of their surrounds and our items. They arrived exactly on time and moved at a fast pace the entire move. The only item that was 'damaged' was our mattress cover and bed spring cover. Both were torn in a few places. everything was good but after the move and I got settled I was missing the weights that were on the exercise bicycle. Not sure what or where the movers put them but I have unpacked and do not see them anywhere. Can you find out where they may have put them? they are two red hand held weights that were in a tray on the exercise bicycle.

My 90-year-old mother recently moved from Richmond to Greensboro. She initiated the move with Two Menand a Truck who came out and provided an estimate. When she received a phone call from the mover, she thought she was speaking with Two Men and a Truck but discovered, on the day of the move, that she had signed up with a bogus company. It was traumatic enough to be out of the money (payment but the scammers had been required up front) but, by the time the deceit was recognized, she had 18 hours to be out of the house. Two Men and a Truck saved the day! They were at the house at 9:00 a.m. the next morning and made the move efficiently and competently. I have used them at least four times myself and would recommend no one else!

This was the first time I have moved in over 45 years, and I was well pleased with the service of the company and men doing the move. They worked together as a Great Team. They were polite, courteous and explained things if we had a question. Great moving day!

The team that was sent Kevon & Nick was very professional and courteous. I really felt good about the work they were putting in taking proper care of the items they were hired to move.

All I can say is WOW! Cory and Larry totally exceeded my expectations! First of all they were gentlemen; kind, understanding, polite and patient. Next they were professionals. I have never seen a piece of furniture wrapped so carefully and securely. They had to move a huge display case across a very large parking lot because trucks their size were not permitted any closer. Not once did I hear a complaint nor did I notice a look of aggravation on their faces. They worked very hard and I had total confidence in them. You have 2 wonderful employees in Cory and Larry! They could not have been better!! If I ever need something moved Two Men and a Truck will be the company I call. As a business ow er I know how valuable employees like this are. They deserve recognition!!

They did a great job and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would and will use them again and recommend them.

1. No tools provided with the personnel to dismantle the bed and dresser mirror. This work was included per the info given by Office Person
2. This added some time to moving which we ultimately ended up paying
3. We lost a step stool

The guys showed up on time and were ready to work. They took a quick tour of house to be sure we were all on same page as to what was moving. They did a nice job of wrapping and protecting the furniture, delivered it to new house and did a great job of placing it where we wanted it to go. The two men who handled our move were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process. Office staff called us to be sure they were there and move was going smoothly. It was an excellent moving experience and we would highly recommend them!
